Honey-Nut Goat Cheese Balls

- Servings: about 16 balls
- 4 ounces medium-firm fresh goat cheese
- 1â„2 cup honey-roasted peanuts
- Honey for drizzling
- Freshly ground black pepper
Using a melon baller, scoop out rounds of goat cheese and form into balls with your hands.
Roll the balls in the chopped peanuts until completely covered. Drizzle balls lightly with honey and sprinkle with a little pepper. Serve with toothpicks.
